Overview

As an Admissions Advisor, you’ll be a welcoming guide for prospective students as they explore their education options at CHCP. Your day will center on building relationships, answering questions, and helping people understand programs, enrollment steps, and what to expect as they move forward. You’ll work closely with campus teams to create a supportive, informative experience from first inquiry through enrollment. This is a great fit if you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and making a real impact by helping students make important decisions about their future.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
• Respond to inquiries and provide clear, timely information about programs and enrollment steps.
• Build rapport with students and help them evaluate educational options that fit their goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activity.
• Coordinate with campus partners to support a smooth enrollment experience.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
• Represent CHCP in a professional, student-focused manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, advising, recruiting, sales, or another relationship-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort guiding conversations with prospective students by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• A supportive, service-minded approach to helping others make informed decisions.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
